Online or Pop up shops purchase are final sale, no return or exchange.
While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for store credit or exchange the item, if applicable, and if available at the time of change, only for ONLINE orders.
Store credit must be used completely at the time of redemption. Our return policy lasts 5 days after the delivery has been received only in online orders. Proof of return of the package must be shown dated within 5 days after receiving the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, without damage, and returned within 5 days that the order has been received. Once we receive the product, it will be evaluated. We reserve the right to refuse returns if any of the mentioned conditions does not meet.
The client will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Also, the client will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for the new order.
Please be aware that all bodysuits and accessories purchases are final, due to sanitary reasons.
All sale items are FINAL SALE: Orders placed with any discount code, anything in the sale section, items reduced in price, or clearance. These items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
